In addition a poster session will be organised.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Satellite Workshops (28.+29.09)<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><u>RIS workshop 28th of September<\/u><\/p>\r\n<p>On the 28th of September a <span lang=\"en-US\"> one-day sattelite workshop on Reflectance Imaging Spectroscopy (RIS) will be held in Amsterdam at the Atelier building of the Rijksmuseum on Wednesday September 28th. The meeting will be focused on technical developments of RIS sensors and methodologies of acquisition as well as new processing and visualization tools to maximize the extraction of information from the large RIS datasets.\u00a0<\/span>Together with invited speakers (to be announced), the workshop will host panel sessions and brainstorm session to allow participants to share experience, challenges, and future vision of Reflectance imaging.<\/p>\r\n<div><u>The speakers will be:<\/u><\/div>\r\n<div>Morning Session: <i>&#8220;RIS in the practice: theoretical and technical aspects&#8221;<\/i><\/div>\r\n<div>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>John K Delaney (NGA, Washington DC, USA)<\/li>\r\n<li>Roxanne Radpour (NGA, Washington DC, USA)<\/li>\r\n<li>Marta Melchiorre (NG, London, UK)<\/li>\r\n<li>Francesca Rosi (CNR-SCITEC, Perugia, Italy)<\/li>\r\n<li>Thomas Calligaro (C2RMF, Paris, France)<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<div>Afternoon Session: &#8220;<i>RIS on screen: from traditional to advanced processing methods&#8221;<\/i><\/div>\r\n<div><i>\u00a0<\/i><\/div>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Kathryn Dooley (NGA, Washington DC,USA)<\/li>\r\n<li>Francesca Gabrieli (Rijksmuseum, Amsterdam, Netherlands)<\/li>\r\n<li>Matthias Alfeld (TU Delft, Delft, Netherlands)<\/li>\r\n<li>David Messinger (RIT, Rochester, NY, USA)<\/li>\r\n<li>Rob Erdmann (UVA and Rijksmuseum, Amsterdam, Netherlands)<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\r\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">The workshop will have limited seats thus we kindly ask to specify, during registration of main MAXRF conference, whether the participant wishes to join the RIS workshop and a give short motivation.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p><u>Data Evaluation workshop 29th of September<\/u><\/p>\r\n<p>On the 29th of September data evaluation workshops and hands on tutorials will be organised at the TU Delft.
